All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using primarily Australia Post.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–10 business days (depending on location)

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the products ordered.

All orders include tracking, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Towlo is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact the relevant postal provider using your tracking number.
